Loreal's High Intensity Pigments (HIP) line is HOT! I especially love the eyeshadow pots they have in an assortment of 25 high-flying combos. The prices of the collection also offer a low impact to the budget. I've seen these marked regularly at $6.99 to a sale price as low as $4.25! What a great alternative to the department store brands with almost the same quality of pigment.

I was surfing the net as usual and came across some cards that pretty much says all you will need for them to say.
